Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager in Dubai to lead a team of hospitality professionals and uphold premium service standards. You will manage daily operations, budgets, and multi-outlet catering for up to 500 guests.

The role requires college-level training in F&B management and 2–4 years of supervisory experience, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.

Qualifications

• Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management.
• 2–4 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and delegate daily duties for the team of hospitality professionals.
• Maintain food and beverage equipment, facilities and stock levels to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Set and monitor budgets with the finance team to drive revenue and operating efficiency.
• Oversee multiple outlets and kitchens, capable of serving up to 500 guests.
