Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the assigned Outlet's Food & Beverage menu to assist Guests.
• Supervise service team to ensure duties are performed per standards.
• Direct and supervise the service team for smooth operation.
• Ensure all colleagues receive adequate training.
• Plan and control supplies; maintain beverage stock records.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service to Guests to ensure a memorable stay.
