Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, managed by Accor, is seeking a friendly F&B Hostess in Ras Al Khaimah. You will greet guests, inform on menu items, and provide warm, attentive service to ensure a standout dining experience by the beach and resort facilities.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Hostess experience in a hotel/restaurant, strong knowledge of beverages and promotions, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Should have min. 1 year experience as a Hostess for a reputed Hotel/Restaurant
• Should have a strong F&B Product Knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
