Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an F&B Guest Relations Executive to champion guest experiences across our dining outlets. You will assist with menu information, guest inquiries, and administrative tasks, while collaborating with colleagues to support events and daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality, a related degree, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role is on site with breakfast and guest services support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist F&B operations in providing warm, professional, and attentive service to guests across our Food & Beverage outlets.
• Assist guests with menu selections, providing accurate information on menu items, beverages, promotions, and preparation methods.
• Handle Food & Beverage inquiries and direct them to the appropriate outlet or department.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other departmental documents.
• Maintain accurate Food & Beverage files and records.
• Assist with the preparation and printing of menus and other F&B materials.
• Create and maintain departmental databases, including supplier, guest, and business contact information.
• Coordinate closely with other departments to support Food & Beverage and Culinary operations.
• Assist with purchase requests and other departmental administrative processes.
• Process and coordinate monthly attendance and payroll information for F&B Service and Culinary teams.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage leadership team as required.
• Support hotel operations and special events when required.

F&B Guest Relations Executive

Are you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, building strong relationships, and working collaboratively with others? As an F&B Guest Relations Executive, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and culinary experiences that define our Food & Beverage operations.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Guest-focused, professional, and confident when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
