In this role you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team, manage service flow from greeting to seating, and resolve guest concerns professionally, reinforcing our commitment to service quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage service.
• Strong customer service with attention to detail.
• Proficient communication in fast-paced environments.
• Teamwork and adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience with secure cash handling and POS operations.
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance guest experience.
• Understanding of food and beverage products to support promotions.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with personalized service and seating protocols.
• Assist with menu choices and suggest wine, drinks, and sides.
• Process orders accurately and communicate with the kitchen.
• Handle opening/closing routines and maintain standards.
• Deliver plating and beverages following service guidelines.
• Host guests and coordinate smooth service transitions.
• Address guest concerns with professional recovery.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and stock levels.
• Support upselling and promotional offers to drive revenue.
