Job summary

FIVE seeks a Senior Food & Beverage leader in Dubai to oversee Restaurants, Bars, Nightlife venues and In-Room Dining across luxury outlets. You’ll deputise for the Director, drive revenue, manage costs and deliver FIVE-Star guest experiences.

You will lead multi-outlet operations, guide budgeting and forecasting, collaborate with Executive Chefs, Finance, Sales & Marketing to sustain growth, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of senior Food & Beverage leadership experience, ideally in luxury hotel, lifestyle hospitality, or high-volume multi-outlet environments.
• Proven ability to lead and oversee multiple F&B operations including restaurants, bars, nightlife venues and In-Room Dining in luxury settings.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, cost control and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all Restaurants, Bars, Nightlife venues and In-Room Dining across concepts.
• Deputise for the Director of Food and Beverage, taking ownership of division performance in their absence.
• Drive financial performance, GOP, payroll and cost controls in collaboration with Finance.
• Set and maintain FIVE’s standards for service, hygiene, safety and brand image across all outlets.
• Lead talent development, coaching and succession planning across the F&B division.
