Job summary

Open/close duties, accurate MICROS input, and a collaborative attitude ensure a flawless guest journey and brand representation across venues.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar role delivering guest experiences and service quality.
• Passion for Food & Beverage with strong presentation.
• Energetic, welcoming and polished appearance per grooming standards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Adherence to FIVE’s grooming standards and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sensational guest experiences and drive service quality.
• Prepare and serve beverages with crafted, premium presentation and upsell where appropriate.
• Open and close duties, set up supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Accurately input orders into FIVE’s MICROS system for smooth transactions.
• Uphold brand and safety standards, and collaborate with teams across departments.
