Job summary

AccorHotel in Dubai invites a skilled F&B Cost Controller to monitor and optimize food and beverage costs across all outlets.

You will conduct inventories, prepare cost reports, and drive cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with hotel policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting/finance and 3–5 years in F&B cost control within luxury hospitality; Proficiency in Excel and Opera is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of F&B Cost Control experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing, inventory, and purchasing controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with financial management software and inventory systems (Futurelog, Opera).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably familiar with United Arab Emirates financial regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all outlets
• Conduct regular inventory and stock counts and investigate variances
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly F amp B cost reports
• Manage recipe menu and beverage costing and monitor theoretical vs actual costs
• Monitor purchasing prices receiving stock transfers wastage and stock adjustments
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support outlet profitability
• Ensure compliance with F amp B financial controls and hotel policies
• Work closely with Finance Purchasing Stores Culinary and F amp B Operations teams
• Support budgeting forecasting month-end closing and financial analysis
