Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor food and beverage costs across hotel restaurants, bars, kitchens and outlets.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
• Conduct scheduled inventory counts for food, beverage, and related stock.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine causes of variances.
• Compare theoretical costs against actual consumption and reported results.
• Maintain and review recipe costing to ensure pricing accuracy.
