Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven minimum 1 year experience in F&B cost control or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficient with Excel and financial software; Opera experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost control systems to monitor expenses and identify improvements.
• Analyze financial data, prepare detailed cost reports for management.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain stock accuracy.
• Monitor budget variances and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in cost-saving initiatives and financial record-keeping.
• Participate in forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects or investments.
