Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the hotel’s financial operations, ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls. The role requires hotel finance expertise, analytical skills, and collaboration with the General Manager and department heads to drive financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of relevant finance experience in hospitality, with solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and UAE VAT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent preferred.
• 5-8 years of finance/accounting experience, hotel/hospitality preferred.
• Previous leadership role in hotel finance is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and applicable regulations.
• Excellent command of English; proficient in Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations of the hotel.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
• Lead budgeting and annual hotel budget preparation; coordinate with GM and depts.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and compliance with UAE laws.
• Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to improve cost efficiency.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors and banks.
