Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman is seeking a detail-oriented F&B Cost Controller to join our finance team on-site. You will develop cost control systems, analyze financial data, and support budgeting and forecasting across departments.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in F&B cost control, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel and ERP skills (Opera). You will ensure accurate records and contribute to cost-saving initiatives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Formación

Job Description / Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical F&B Cost Controller to join our team in Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organization’s financial resources, ensuring efficient cost management across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures to monitor expenses and identify areas for improvement
• Analyze financial data, prepare detailed cost reports, and provide insights to management for decision-making

Experience Required: Proven minimum 1 year experience in F&B cost control, financial management, or a similar role.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Diploma in a relevant field may be considered with extensive experience).

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with financial management software and inventory systems (e.g., Opera)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
