Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman is seeking a detail-oriented F&B Cost Controller to join our finance team on-site. You will develop cost control systems, analyze financial data, and support budgeting and forecasting across departments.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in F&B cost control, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel and ERP skills (Opera). You will ensure accurate records and contribute to cost-saving initiatives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B cost control or related role.
Experience with Opera or similar ERP/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

Develop cost control systems to monitor expenses and identify improvements.
Analyze financial data, prepare cost reports, and provide insights to management.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock levels.
Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage departmental budgets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in cost-saving initiatives and maintain accurate financial records.
Participate in forecasting and long-term financial planning.
Provide training on cost control procedures and best practices.
