Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead and oversee the hotel’s financial operations on site. You will ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and adherence to UAE regulations.

Ideal candidates have hotel finance experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to partner with the General Manager and department heads to drive profitability and cost efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably in hotel/hospitality.
• Previous experience in a Financial Controller/Assistant Financial Controller/Finance Manager role in a hotel is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and applicable financial regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
• Experience with hotel PMS, POS, and accounting systems is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations of the hotel.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Review financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flow.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business decisions.
• Ensure proper accounting of revenue, receivables, payables, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger transactions.
