Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field (not mandatory).
• Experience in cost control, inventory management, or hospitality finance is preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and data-handling skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, recipe costing, supplier price analysis, and waste tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly stock counts across kitchen and bar operations.
• Prepare and maintain recipe costing records for accurate pricing.
• Monitor supplier prices and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Track inventory consumption, wastage, and variances.
• Maintain cost control records and support financial reporting.
• Analyze food costs and profit margins to identify improvements.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, procurement, and finance teams to improve inventory control.
