Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of F&B cost-control experience.
• Catering or large-scale F&B experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food costing, inventory management, and stock reconciliation.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• UAE or Dubai catering experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of food-cost analysis, profitability management, inventory control, stock auditing, reconciliation, menu costing, purchasing controls, and ERP/POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food and beverage costs and analyze cost variances
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost, inventory, and financial reports
• Manage stock receiving, storage, issuing, FIFO/FEFO procedures, and inventory reconciliation
• Conduct regular and surprise stock counts
• Investigate wastage, losses, and stock discrepancies
• Review purchase requisitions, LPOs, supplier pricing, and purchasing activities
• Perform recipe costing, yield tests, portion-control analysis, and menu costing
• Work with kitchen and operations teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-reduction initiatives
• Maintain accurate records in POS, inventory, and ERP systems
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Ensure proper cost-control procedures are followed
