Overview

Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way. Have full knowledge of food & beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

Responsibilities
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Check the accuracy of the guest’s reservations, order and other requests
  • Visit the guests at the tables occupied to confirm guest satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Opera POS
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • At least 1-2 years experience working in a similar role
  • Hospitality background is preferred
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
