Overview

The iconic QE2 is a historic gem and the only floating hotel in Dubai. The hotel features 447 distinctive rooms. Responsibilities

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of food & beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Checks the accuracy of the guest’s reservations, order and other requests
• Visits the guests at the tables occupied, to confirm guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Opera POS
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• At least 1-2 years experience working in a similar role
• Hospitality background is preferred
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
