Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Program Manager for the exports business. The role owns the end-to-end export sales motion, building and running a book of export-dealer relationships, closing volume deals, and coordinating across functions to fulfil them.

You will activate and expand an existing network, own outcomes across the full deal lifecycle, and collaborate with Procurement, Financing, and Operations to move deals quickly and maintain healthy margins.

Qualifications

• Strong, established network among UAE export dealers.
• Proven track record in vehicle exports / export sales.
• 4–7 years in B2B / export / corporate vehicle sales.
• Program-management instinct coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Commercial acumen on margins, financing, and insurance.
• Familiarity with UAE export processes and regional demand.

Responsibilities

• Activate and expand export dealer network across UAE and region.
• Own full deal lifecycle from prospecting to close.
• Coordinate with Procurement to source vehicles for export.
• Work with Financing and Insurance to structure offers.
• Ensure on-time fulfilment with logistics and docs.
• Drive margin-friendly, high-volume export deals.
