Job summary

Hellmann is seeking an AF Export Team Leader in Dubai to drive daily export operations, coordinating with networks and customer service to ensure accurate documentation and timely shipments.

You will oversee airline bookings, cargo preparation, and customs documentation, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams to meet KPIs and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Receive booking details from network and customer service colleagues via email.
• Check invoice packing list and other documents to export the shipment.
• Coordinate with airline and arrange cargo bookings based on destination and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with shipper/customer service for discrepancies on shipping documents.
• Arrange collection of cargo from shippers facility with the transport vendor or team.
• Prepare and execute airway bills in line with destination SOPs.
• Prepare customs documents based on invoice and packing list.
• Ensure all documents meet export/import regulations.
• Coordinate with transport vendors for delivery and proof of delivery.
• Maintain all job files and report KPIs monthly.
• Resolve issues related to cargo shortage, damage or claims.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
