Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; 10 years in international logistics.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills required.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and multiple transport modes.
• Experience with frozen/refrigerated products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, collate, review, and dispatch documents for export loads.
• Set up daily container traffic with vendors.
• Track and trace containers.
• Coordinate customs clearance and inspections as required.
• Coordinate deliveries to customers and warehouses.
• Review weekly vendor invoices and approve payment.
• Collaborate with carriers, forwarders, and cold storages to ensure smooth logistics.
• Assist internal teams and customers to resolve issues.
