Job summary

Rayqube in Dubai is seeking a seasoned 3D/Technical Artist to own the 3D content across interactive applications. You will interpret briefs, align with brand guidelines, and drive a small team of designers alongside the programming group.

You will craft performant environments, set design standards, and build reusable templates while coordinating with project managers to maintain clear communication. Proficiency in Blender and Unity (URP/HDRP), Shadergraph, VFX Graph, and core Adobe tools is

Qualifications

• 3-5 yrs as a 3D Artist or Technical Artist using Blender and Unity.
• Expert in URP and HDRP pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Shadergraph and VFX graph.
• Experience designing 3D environments.
• Familiar with Unity Profiler for performance optimization.
• Intermediate with Adobe Creative Tools.
• Basic knowledge in GitHub version control.
• Basic knowledge in Substance 3D Painter.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between project managers and design team to ensure communication.
• Review briefs and brand guidelines to understand client brand.
• Prepare content mockups using creative and technical methods.
• Lead a team of 3D designers, establish design/file standards, and content library.
• Design high quality, interactive 3D content with good performance.
• Create environments with lighting and post-processing.
• Create processes and templates for 3D design.
• Establish hiring process and manage freelancer network for scalable team.
