Job summary

RTX in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Program Manager to support capture planning and UAE industrialization initiatives. You will collaborate with REL’s lead program management team and other Raytheon groups to optimize execution and maximize returns.

The role requires strong skills in risk management, cost and schedule control, and program governance. You will lead proposal efforts, drive continuous improvement, and be willing to travel internationally and domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Business Science, STEM.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex projects with dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project activities to meet head contract, subcontract, customer and internal requirements on time and within budget.
• Maintain risk management, QA, budget, and schedule controls.
• Lead program controls, EVM, and reporting across teams.
• Support capture, bid and proposal efforts with REL and Raytheon groups.
• Drive continuous improvement and best-practice sharing.
