Asset Homez International Properties LLC is seeking an Off-Plan Property Consultant to source, qualify and convert leads for off-plan residential projects while presenting investment opportunities and payment plans to local and international clients.

You will build relationships with developers, agents, and high-net-worth investors and guide clients from enquiry to handover, staying ahead of market trends and competitive offerings while aiming to exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of off-plan sales experience.
• Strong network in the real estate/investment community.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Deep understanding of off-plan investment strategies, payment plans and ROI.

Are you a results-driven real estate professional with a proven track record in off-plan sales? We’re looking for a high-performing Off-Plan Property Consultant to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

Source, qualify, and convert leads for off-plan residential projects

What We’re Looking For
