Job summary

MARE Properties in Dubai is expanding its Off-Plan Division and seeking ambitious Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our Business Bay team. You will generate leads, advise on Dubai's off-plan opportunities, and manage the end-to-end sales process while engaging high-net-worth clients.

Fluency in English is required and Russian or other European languages are highly preferred. Expect commission-based earnings with a luxury office environment and direct access to leading developers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dubai off-plan real estate is required.
• Strong background in luxury sales or international client management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills expected.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers.
• Advise clients on Dubai's off-plan investment opportunities.
• Conduct project presentations, property viewings, and client meetings.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to successful closing.
• Stay up to date with new project launches, market trends, and developer incentives.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate client records using the company's CRM.
• Attend developer launches, open houses, roadshows, and company events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai Off-Plan Real Estate is a must.
• Candidates with a strong background in luxury sales or international client management are also encouraged to apply.
• Fluent English is required.
• Fluency in Russian and/or another European language is highly preferred.
• Experience working with European and Russian-speaking investors is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
• UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
