As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering high-quality products that exceed our customers' expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant or pastry shop
• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred
• In-depth knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes while also maintaining quality consistency
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (Malayalee speakers preferred)
