Candidates should show proven pastry leadership in fine dining, expert baking technique knowledge, and strong organizational skills to manage budgets, inventory, and quality control in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in upscale restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
