Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, validation, and consolidation of performance data across departments.

This role focuses on translating approved organizational objectives into measurable KPIs, performance frameworks, executive dashboards, management insights, and structured performance review processes.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong experience in corporate KPI architecture, organizational scorecards, performance analytics, benefits realization, and executive management reporting.

Key Responsibilities
