• 3–5 years in Healthcare, Senior Living, GPOs, Procurement, or consultative B2B sales.
• Proven ability to engage executive-level decision makers.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to understand financial analyses and communicate business value.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery meetings to identify operational challenges and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Lead customer presentations including cost-saving analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from engagement to contract execution.
• Build trusted relationships with executive leadership, finance teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate realized savings.
• Represent the company at regional and national trade shows and conferences.
