Job summary

Diverge Health is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Analyst to lead end-to-end roster operations and analytics in Dubai. You will review contracts, gatekeep payer submissions, and build network insights to inform strategy.

You’ll collaborate with technology teams to validate roster data and drive process improvements in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role requires 3–5 years in consulting, data, or healthcare operations, a bachelor’s degree, advanced Excel, and Salesforce experience,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, data and analytics, or healthcare operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills for managing large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret trends and translate findings into actionable summaries.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
