Job summary

GE HealthCare in Dubai seeks a senior finance leader to own budgeting, forecasting, and strategic cost initiatives across global sourcing and procurement.

You will design performance metrics, lead quarterly close, develop robust models, and partner with Product and Indirect Sourcing to drive inflation mitigation and working capital targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of progressive financial work experience.
• Experience supporting sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or material cost finance in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual Budget/OP material variance, standard cost and planning processes.
• Design and maintain performance management framework for AIS Sourcing (KPIs and dashboards).
• Partner with Product and Indirect Sourcing to develop deflation, inflation mitigation, and working capital plans.
• Provide financial leadership for strategic sourcing and cost transformation programs.
• Develop robust forecasting models for quarterly estimates, annual plans and long-range plans.
• Prepare and present quarterly financial results and sourcing analytics to senior leadership.
• Drive inflation management by quantifying supplier cost headwinds/tailwinds.
• Perform sourcing contract reviews and Last Time Buy analyses.
• Lead quarterly close and estimate processes.
• Develop domain expertise in Oracle purchasing, inventory and standard costing modules.
• Support enterprise finance systems and reporting improvements.
• Provide leadership, coaching and prioritization to direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• 10+ years of progressive financial work experience
• Experience supporting sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or material cost finance in a global organization
• Proficiency with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, Business Objects, or EPM
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
• Excellent executive communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and root-cause problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Controllership experience with understanding of SOX, GAAP, and financial compliance
• Experience building procurement performance dashboards or commodity exposure models
• Expertise in Oracle purchasing, inventory, and transfer price modules
• Training or certification in LEAN or Six Sigma
• Experience leading and developing finance analysts
