Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) seeks an Exhibitor Relations Operations Specialist to provide management and support to exhibitors before, during, and after exhibitions. You will coordinate contracts, exhibition design, and work plans with architects, contractors, and the Production Manager, while ensuring clear communications and brand consistency across the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International relations, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, exhibitions or events.

Responsabilités

• Provide management and support to exhibitors before, during, and after exhibitions.
• Coordinate contracts, design, and work plans with architects, contractors and Production Manager.
• Ensure accurate, brand-aligned communications within and outside the project.
• Develop relationships with exhibitors, publishers, authors, and cultural entities.
• Streamline exhibitor processes and improve functionality based on exhibitor needs.
• Oversee exhibitor applications, submissions, acceptances, booth drawings, and setup.
