Job summary

Talents Tide is hiring an Exhibition Specialist for a Dubai Government entity. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and delivering both permanent and temporary exhibitions, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a degree in design/architecture/business or related field and at least 5 years of experience in exhibition planning, with strong PM, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in exhibition planning or delivery.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, contractors, and installation.
• Knowledge of exhibition design, display methods, and AV/interactive tech.
• Experience in museums, galleries, or heritage projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver permanent and temporary exhibitions to meet timelines and budgets.
• Develop exhibition plans, schedules, budgets and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders during development and installation.
• Support tendering, procurement, cost monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate placement and display of objects following handling practices.
• Support integration of audiovisual and interactive technologies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and propose solutions.

Talents Tide is seeking a qualified Exhibition Specialist for a Dubai Government entity.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in exhibition planning and delivery, ideally within museums, galleries, cultural institutions or heritage environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver permanent and temporary exhibitions, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Develop exhibition plans, project schedules, budgets and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders throughout exhibition development and installation.
• Support tendering, procurement, cost monitoring and project reporting.
• Coordinate the placement and display of museum objects and exhibition materials, following appropriate display and handling practices.
• Support the integration of audiovisual, interactive and other exhibition technologies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Ensure exhibitions meet relevant technical, operational and preservation requirements.

Requirements

• UAEN ONLY (UAE Nationals only).
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in exhibition planning, project coordination or exhibition delivery.
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, contractors and installation activities.
