Job summary

Raqmiyat Information Technologies is actively seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our client engineering team on-site across the UAE. You will diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software incidents, manage Active Directory environments, support IP telephony systems, and coordinate Oracle ERP and endpoint management patching workflows.

The role requires 3+ years of progressive IT support, strong Windows and macOS administration, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required.
• Minimum 3+ years in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop engineering.
• Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
• Windows and macOS administration proficiency.
• Active Directory, user provisioning, and Group Policy experience.
• Experience with IP telephony, endpoint management, and security patches.
• Experience with Oracle ERP support and administration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic language ability preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in UAE and available on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 and tier-3 IT support across corporate environments.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software incidents.
• Administer Windows and macOS workstations and applications.
• Manage AD user accounts, OU structure, and GPOs.
• Support IP telephony systems and VoIP infrastructure.
• Coordinate Oracle ERP user support and access provisioning.
• Lead endpoint management, software deployment, and patching workflows.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, network, and enterprise apps squads.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation and runbooks.
