Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience as Sous Chef in luxury hotel or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety compliance.
• Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency with quality standards.
• Manage the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence, providing direction and mentorship.
• Ensure accurate food preparation, portion control, and timely service.
• Oversee inventory, storage, and stock rotation to control costs and reduce waste.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the kitchen.
