Job summary
Mark Williams Recruitment in Dubai is seeking an Associate Consultant to support executive search across Technology, Strategy & Consulting, Finance, Corporate Functions and Emiratization. You will conduct market research, talent mapping, candidate sourcing, headhunting, screening and shortlist preparation, partnering with senior consultants to deliver a professional candidate experience.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of agency recruitment or executive search experience.
- Experience supporting professional, mid-management, or exec hiring.
- Skilled in sourcing, headhunting, mapping, and screening.
- Comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and consultative approach.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify targets.
- Source and engage candidates via direct headhunting and job boards.
- Screen candidates to assess fit with client requirements.
- Prepare shortlists and assessment summaries for client presentations.
- Maintain CRM records and build talent pipelines.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and client communications.
