Qualifications

• 3+ years' recruitment experience
• Experience within Data Centre, Construction, Engineering, Energy or Executive Search recruitment
• A proven track record of billing and winning business
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Experience managing senior candidates and client stakeholders
• A commercially driven and entrepreneurial approach
• The ambition to build a career in Dubai and work within an international market

• Develop your own client relationships and manage senior-level mandates
