Ejadah is seeking an Executive Search Specialist to identify and secure top leadership talent across facilities management, engineering, real estate, and corporate functions in the Middle East. You will own end-to-end recruitment, from market mapping to offer negotiations, focusing on senior and niche roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Psychology or related field.
• Professional certification in Recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior to executive-level positions.
• Develop targeted search strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Conduct market mapping exercises in Facilities Management and related industries.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and succession roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, executive networking, referrals, industry databases, and associations.
• Manage confidential executive searches with professionalism.
