This hands-on head-hunter will conduct market research, engage passive candidates, and manage client relationships while supporting AESG's succession planning and leadership continuity.

The role involves cross-regional coordination, data-driven search insights, and close collaboration with business leaders to deliver top-tier appointments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or equivalent.
• 6+ years in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search for large staff populations.
• Experience coordinating cross-regional search mandates and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive search mandates end-to-end from brief to placement.
• Partner with leaders on succession planning and talent mapping.
• Build leadership pipelines using market intelligence and internal data.
• Proactively research, approach, and engage passive senior candidates.
• Meet clients and stakeholders to represent AESG's search function.
• Coordinate between UAE and other regions to align requirements and timelines.
• Manage relationships with agencies and external partners.
