Job summary

AESG, a leading specialist consultancy, invites a seasoned Executive Search Lead to drive senior leadership recruitment across the UAE and designated regions. You will identify, engage, and secure top executives, coordinating mandates between the UAE and other geographies.

Apply market research, direct candidate outreach, and client relationship management to deliver senior appointments while supporting succession planning and continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• More than 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Executive Search, supporting organisations with a large staff population.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive search mandates end-to-end, from brief to placement.
• Partner with business leaders on succession planning, identifying critical roles and mapping successors.
• Build leadership pipelines via market intelligence and internal talent data.
• Act as a headhunter: research, approach, and engage passive senior candidates across UAE and other regions.
• Meet with clients and stakeholders, representing AESG search function and maintaining relationships.
• Coordinate between UAE and other regions to align search requirements and timelines.
• Provide data-driven insights from market mapping, benchmarking, and candidate research.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and third-party partners.
• Oversee ATS/CRM usage and report on metrics; support onboarding for senior hires.
• Stand in for Head of Talent Acquisition during leaves; ensure continuity.
