Job summary

Ejadah is seeking an Executive Search Specialist to lead mid-senior to executive-level recruitment across Facilities Management, engineering, and corporate functions in the UAE. You will map talent, build pipelines, and drive confidential searches with discretion.

The role requires 5–8 years in recruitment (3+ in executive search), with FM/real estate exposure. Certification in recruitment is preferred, and you will partner with senior leaders and manage end-to-end hiring processes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in executive search or leadership hiring.
• Experience within Facilities Management, Engineering Services, Property Management, Construction, Real Estate, or Technical Services sectors preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior management and specialist roles.
• Experience managing confidential executive-level searches.
• Professional certification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior to executive-level positions across the organization.
• Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Conduct market mapping exercises to identify talent within FM and related industries.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and succession-planning roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, executive networking, referrals, industry databases, and associations.
• Manage confidential and sensitive executive searches with professionalism and discretion.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Provide consultative recruitment support to hiring managers throughout the process.
• Facilitate competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed evaluation reports and recommendations.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and talent market analysis.
• Provide insights on compensation trends, talent availability, market movement, and recruitment challenges.
• Track executive talent movements within FM sectors and related industries.
• Develop talent pools for strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and maintain regular communication.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding for senior hires.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain ATS records.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring analytics, and executive dashboards.
• Track KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance.
