Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Modern Workplace Solutioning Lead to engage CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, and senior executives to understand workplace transformation challenges and shape business-led managed services solutions. The role requires a broad Modern Workplace portfolio understanding, strong consulting and solutioning capabilities, and the ability to translate technology into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Modern Workplace consulting, solutioning, presales, managed services or IT outsourcing.
• Strong experience engaging with CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, IT Directors and other senior client stakeholders.
• Proven ability to create and shape opportunities, influence client strategy, and contribute to pipeline development.
• Broad understanding of the end-to-end Modern Workplace ecosystem, not deep specialization in one tech.
• Strong understanding of managed services operating models, governance, service management, and transition.

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-suite executives and senior client stakeholders to understand workplace strategy and objectives.
• Lead Modern Workplace solutioning and consulting engagements, translating client challenges into outcome-driven managed services.
• Develop end-to-end Modern Workplace strategies covering technology, service delivery, operating models, governance, and commercial constructs.
• Shape solutions around business outcomes, employee experience, productivity, cost optimization, and security.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery leaders, architects, and SMEs to develop differentiated propositions and win strategic opportunities.
• Mentor solution architects on consultative solutioning and executive engagement.
