Qualifications

• Adherence to hotel safety and hygiene policies (HACCP).
• Uphold Kempinski grooming standards and high personal appearance.
• Ability to upsell and explain menu items.

Responsibilities

• Report to Executive Lounge Supervisor and Front Office Manager.
• Provide courteous, professional service to guests in the Executive Lounge.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet and stations.
• Know all food and beverage items offered; upsell where appropriate.
• Operate the POS system as trained and comply with hotel policies.
• Handle guest inquiries and report feedback to supervisors.
