Qualifications

• Upsell all items offered by the department and suggest alternatives.
• Operate the POS system based on training.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the work area; follow opening/closing procedures.
• Provide courteous, professional service to guests and report feedback to supervisors.
• Knowledge of services and products offered by the hotel.

Responsibilities
