IHG in Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is seeking an Executive Lounge- F&B Assistant to provide comforts to executive guests during their stay, respond to inquiries, and highlight hotel amenities and benefits. The role requires 1–2 years in a similar hotel role with strong communication and guest-service focus.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with diverse teams, ensure top standards of hospitality, and be knowledgeable about hotel services and VIP arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a similar hotel role.
• Strong verbal and written communication and guest-service focus.
• Ability to multi-task and work with teams from diverse cultures.
• Knowledge of Mandarin, Arabic, Russian or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome executive guests on arrival and assist during their stay, handling enquiries and complaints.
• Process accurate check-ins and check-outs.
• Stay current with hotel services and VIP requests and events.
• Ensure guest supplies and amenities are replenished to the required standards.
