This senior, hands-on leadership role requires extensive experience in luxury housekeeping team management, quality control, and delivering personalized private service.

You will lead a skilled team, plan and supervise schedules, ensure exceptional standards, develop SOPs and quality-control procedures, and coordinate with chefs,

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of housekeeping experience in luxury hotels, private residences, estates, palaces, yachts, or similar high-end environments
• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory leadership experience
• Proven experience managing and developing housekeeping teams
• Strong knowledge of luxury cleaning, laundry, linen, wardrobe, and garment-care standards
