Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior operations leader to drive client relationship management across the GCC with a primary UAE focus, aligning with the client’s future of work journey.

You will lead service delivery, ensure KPI compliance, manage P&L and budgets, and coordinate with regional leadership to deliver sustainable facilities management and governance. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

Proven track record managing delivery teams and client relationships at executive level.
Strong understanding of P&L and budgeting with accountability for business outcomes.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders across the client organization and GCC.
Lead client relationship management and align with the client’s future of work vision.
Drive service delivery excellence and ensure KPIs/SKPIs per MSA guidelines.
Oversee end-to-end procure-to-pay and manage budgets, vendor performance and spend.
Coordinate with regional leadership on strategic plans and ESG initiatives.
Ensure safety, compliance, and business continuity across all sites.
