Job summary

The role demands 20+ years in large-scale programs, a Civil Engineering degree (Master’s preferred), and PMP is desirable. You will drive client development, market penetration, and corporate governance while mentoring senior teams to ensure delivery of complex rail and infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of work experience in Project and Construction management.
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• PMP certification desirable for professional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial health across the UAE portfolio and oversee fee structures and margins.
• Oversee corporate governance, risk, and reporting to the executive team.
• Lead executive-level business development and high-value client engagement strategies.
• Calibrate growth blueprint for UAE PMCM/CS services and ensure alignment with divisional mandates.
• Mentor senior management and drive cross-functional collaboration across regions.
