Executive Director - PMCM Services in the UAE will assume strategic governance and P&L accountability for PMCM/CS units, driving revenue growth and market penetration across a multi-billion-dirham portfolio.

Qualifications

• 20+ years work experience in Project and Construction management including leadership of large, complex programs.
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Membership of a Professional Engineering or Project / Construction Management Society or other recognised body is desirable. PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial health across the entire UAE portfolio, with accountability for fee structures, resource architecture, margins, and cost-containment.
• Champion fiscal discipline through oversight of commercial risk variables and receivables.
• Board-Level Reporting and strategic growth updates to the executive leadership.
• Calibrate and execute the mid-to-long-term growth blueprint for UAE PMCM/CS services.
• Orchestrate executive-level business development and high-value client engagement strategies.
• Mobilise market intelligence and collaborate across divisions to expand market share.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE policies, and PMPs.
• Provide technical and contractual steering over rail, infrastructure, and urban programs.
