GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in the UAE seeks a senior civil projects leader to provide strategic direction and oversight across multiple high-profile developments.

You will own the P&L for projects, drive profitability, and build senior-level relationships with clients, consultants and authorities while mentoring project managers. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, consultants and authorities. Lead and mentor project managers and senior project teams. Drive business development opportunities in coordination with senior management. Ensure company-wide compliance with quality, safety and contractual standards. Report project and portfolio performance to executive management and ownership.

20–25+ years UAE/GCC experience in civil contracting, including senior leadership roles. Proven track record directing large-scale, high-rise or mixed-use developments. Strong strategic, financial and commercial management capability. Excellent stakeholder management skills at executive/client level. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree or PMP preferred.
